Controlling the Light
" Understanding the relative opacity, color and unique qualities a powder may posses is crucial to creating both accurate color and value."
Clears and neutral powders
Powders with a very little reflective gradients. Neutrals have slightly more reflective gradients than Clear.
For years I have preferred to use Neck translucent: Neutral HT51 (creation porcelain) because of its high flourecence.
Even in low ambient light it seems to continue to interact with light a measure better that non flouresent or lower flouresent tabs.
I use this powder straight or mixed with another enamel depending on desired depth and reflectivity.
